You’ll be staying here, on our 3 acre farm in the Diamante Valley, along with our two horses Sophia & Isabella in Costa Rica.

35 minutes from Playa Dominical. Private river access for morning plunges. Hot Showers, 3 bedroom 2 bath house with bunk beds in shared room and full size bed in private.

We’ll also be doing a Snorkeling tour 45 minutes off shore via boat to Cano Island where you will be able to immerse yourself in Gods Mystery and/or White water rafting category 3 rapids through the jungle.

🛬 Day 1 – Land & Unplug

Theme: Let Go. Get Grounded.

Afternoon:

  • Show up in Dominical (on your own time)

  • Group shuttle deep into the jungle (35 mins up into the mountains)

  • Get settled in at the farm — wild land, clean air, no distractions

Evening:

  • Light local dinner

  • Phone surrender — hand it over, grab your Bible and journal

  • Drop in and get to know eachother

🌊 Day 2 – Surf & Flow

Theme: Trust the Flow.

Morning:

  • Surf Session #1 in Dominical — guided by a local instructor

  • Learn to ride waves physically and spiritually

Midday:

  • Tropical lunch (clean fuel)

Afternoon:

  • Cold river plunge

  • Open time to rest, reflect, journal, or just be quiet

Evening:

  • Group share: “Where in life are you trying too hard to control the wave?”

🏄‍♂️ Day 3 – Surf & Breathwork

Theme: Surrender

Morning:

  • Surf Session #2 — longer paddle, more challenge

  • Learn to suffer well, breathe through it

Midday:

  • Big nourishing meal — root veggies, rice, jungle-grown goodness

Afternoon:

  • Holotropic breathwork — deep healing, no fluff

Evening:

  • Group share: “Where am I resisting the hard path?”

🏔️ Day 4 – Hike the Cloud Jungle

Theme: Endurance.

5:00 AM:

  • Wake-up cold plunge

  • Scripture meditation + breathwork

Midday:

  • 3-hour hike through Cloudbridge in Chirripó National Park

  • Wild views, mountain rivers, sweat + surrender

Evening:

  • Return to farm + Start Fasting

  • Candle-lit journaling

    🥥🌿 Day 5 – Fast + Alone With God

Theme: Sacrifice.

All Day:

  • Coconut water only — 24-hour fast

  • Total solitude — no talking, no screens, no distractions

  • Chill in your own corner of paradise: hammocks, riverbank, jungle trails

Midday:

  • Coconut drop-off + journaling prompt

Prompts:

  • “What am I still clinging to?”

  • “What does it mean to pick up my cross?”

  • “Where am I putting me before God?”

Evening:

  • Optional re-entry circle (silent or verbal share)

  • Break fast with light dinner

🐠 Day 6 – Dive Deep.

Theme: Gratitude.

Morning:

  • Early trip out to Cano Island

  • Snorkeling with reef fish, dolphins, untouched coral or white water rafting depending on weather

  • Soak in the beauty of creation until 4 pm

Late Afternoon:

  • Grab some food and head back to the farm

  • Time to reflect: “What’s coming home with me?”

Evening:

  • Zoom call with Fr. Tom from Ascension Cathedral & Light Dinner

🌞 Day 7 – Rise & Go

Theme: Commitment.

Early Morning:

  • Grounding barefoot hike to the waterfall and chill

  • Light breakfast + final bromancing

Mid-Morning:

  • Shuttle back to Dominical

  • From there, you’re sent — FaithFULL

Frequently asked questions

  • We are located in the Mountain Village of Tinamastes in the southern pacific zone roughly 3.5 hours by bus or you can take a 30 minute jumper plane to Quepos for $105 and then you’ll be 30 minutes from Dominical where we will pick you up.

  • Due to the limited space we do not offer refunds of your deposit but will accommodate you as priority for our up coming retreats.

  • Yes! this is jungle living to the fullest where a level of respect for nature is absolutely required.

  • We are creating a community around the teaching of Jesus Christ. You do not have to be religious necessarily but it is encouraged to have a relationship with Christ.
